Shipping:

Most shipments unless specifically asked during checkout will ship within 24-72 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. If the item is backordered or out of stock we will notify you within 24-48 hours and give you the time table for shipping. Special order items ship out per manufacturer's specific time tables, and Summit Motors 4x4 will strive to keep you up to date and notify you will a package is getting shipped and on its way to its destination. We will upload tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. If you have any questions at all please call or email us!

 

Returns Policy:

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from receiving the product, and the item has not been installed, modified and is in its original packaging complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 30 days, a 20% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on products after 90 days.

 

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restock fee.

  • Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles. 

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed.
  • Opened/Used electrical items such as LED Lights (Unless Authorized), programmers etc.
  • Closeout or Clearance items.
  • Any item that has been custom painted.
  • Any item that has been altered from its original condition.
  • Custom products.
  • Special ordered items.
  • Any product that was installed on a vehicle.

 

Cancellation of Order:

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason before the product ships except special order items that could be partially complete, please contact us at Info@summitmotors.net. 

 

Shipping Damage:

 

If your order contains a package that was damaged during shipping, you will need to contact the shipping company and file a claim. All packages should be inspected prior to signing off from the shipping company and this includes checking bumpers and larger products for damage.
